Everett Charles Technology in its continued efforts to expand products and services has established the Semiconductor Test Group to service the specific needs of semiconductor test. ECT STG has purchased several leading companies involved in semiconductor test (ESH, Troyco, Prime Yield) and incorporated them in to the newly formed Semiconductor test group.
ECT STG supports customer requirements for test interface boards, probe card blanks, and complete test socket requirements.
