Everett Charles Technologies Semiconductor Test Group has launched its new Bantam Pak Test Sockets and Bantam Series Test Probes for testing BGA, mBGA, and other CSP devices. ECT is offering the Bantam Pak as a TOTAL TEST SOLUTION when used with an ESH (ECT Semiconductor Test Group) test interface board.

The Bantam Pak Test sockets provide customers with very short test path from the board to the device thus offering superior electrical performance.

A quick release Hand Test Lid fits over the Bantam Pak Test Socket for Hand Test applications this enables the test socket to be used in both production and hand test applications with minimal down time between switch.

Another benefit of the Bantam Pak Test solution is the Reloader module which allows customers to repopulate the test socket with new probes in less than 1 minute. This means less down time and more through put for your test floor.

ECT a leader in Pogo Pin / Spring loaded test probes has developed a very High Performance BGA / CSP test probe which is incorporated in the Bantam Pak Test Socket.
